To process bookings, we collect: full name, email address, phone number, and your booking history. At on-site check-in, villa staff may also request an identity document (national ID/passport) in line with guest-registration obligations applicable in the accommodation industry.
2. How We Use Your Data
Data is used to: process and confirm bookings, communicate about your booking (confirmations, reminders, schedule changes), fulfill legal guest-registration obligations, and improve Astatura's service on an aggregated, anonymized basis.
3. Sharing Data with Third Parties
Payment data is processed by an officially licensed Bank Indonesia payment gateway partner; Astatura does not store your full card/account details. Identity data collected at check-in is shared, on a limited basis, with on-duty villa staff solely for on-site guest verification. We do not sell or rent your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.
4. Data Storage & Security
Data is stored on servers we manage with restricted access controls. We retain booking data for as long as necessary for operational, tax, and legal-compliance purposes, as applicable.
5. Your Rights
You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data by emailing info@astaturavillas.com. We will act on such requests to the extent this does not conflict with our legal obligations (e.g. records required to be retained for tax purposes).
